Gers Label Rouge chickens are raised outdoors for at least 81 days to give them time to develop firm, tender, fine and creamy flesh. Their 100% plant-based diet contains at least 80% cereals (corn, wheat).

The ready-to-cook yellow farm chicken carries the Label Rouge and the PGI Gers. These farm chickens come from an ancestral and rustic strain, commonly called cou-nu. Its flesh is very yellow thanks to its diet.

It benefits from superior taste qualities: firm and tender flesh that is particularly tasty.

These poultry were raised outdoors in the heart of the Gers, and fed mainly on cereals (80%). The diet is supplemented with soya, alfalfa, vitamins and minerals, as well as all the delicacies of the range (grasses, worms, insects, etc.).
