REFUND POLICY
Despite all the care we take in selecting products, in the event of a non-compliant product, we will refund you within 24 hours of delivery.
Furthermore, we will fully refund your order for any cancellation by telephone (09 86 07 11 00) or by email (contact@cuts-paris.fr) more than 48 hours before delivery.
No refund in any other case. In particular, refund or re-delivery is not possible when our delivery person showed up at the customer's home but the latter was absent at the agreed time slot.
