The BGE is characterized by its multiple modes of use - barbecue, oven, smoker - and its cooking temperature range, from 70 to 350°! The principle is simple: you place charcoal in the base then you choose your cooking method:
Barbecue: BGE open, you are at the controls of a superb grilling tool
Oven / Smoker: Closed BGE and thanks to the Conveggtor (optional ceramic plate), you benefit from indirect cooking for all your food. With the openings on the base of the BGE and its top, you adjust the level of incoming air and therefore the temperature, indicated precisely by the thermostat. Surgical.
Interview
What about maintenance? It is very simple. The ashes are removed through the slot at the bottom of the BGE using a scraper, the rest can be cleaned with a little soapy water. Designed to stay outside all year round, your BGE can be protected by an optional cover.
